24-Hour Notice I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows fulfillment of that appointment slot for other clients. Late Appointment Policy At Studio Vieve I value your time and the time of my other clients. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone, I have established the following late appointment policy: Arrival Time: Everyone can be a little late sometimes! That’s okay, I get it. But to maintain and keep my schedule on task, I just ask all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If you arrive 15 -20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to maintain our schedule and accommodate other clients. Notification: If you anticipate being late, please don’t hesitate to call or text me at (724)-244-2296 as soon as possible. This will allow time to make necessary adjustments to my schedule. No-Call - No Show: This is implemented only If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of 35% of your service. Exceptions: Emergencies, extenuated circumstances, sickness, and lack of child care happen. Trust me I GET IT. If you have a special circumstance, please contact me directly.
